Went camping over NewYears. Here are a few pics. Click on them for the way they are meant to be viewed. And if I haven’t already made it clear, I’m a big fan of Asian landscape painting, Wucius Wong, and Yoshikazu Shirakawa.
This is an 8-second exposure of the trees above our gigantic fire. We would never have a fire this big anytime but the coldest days in winter, in a damp region. But in early January we felt like a crew of cossacks in old Mother Russia, throwing whole trees on the fire and sipping whiskey. Good times.
